However, be careful not to pass yourself off as a disruptor or someone who does not listen to others. So think about qualifying your words and remembering that you are at the same time a person who knows how to listen.

7 / Say what you think

In other words: to be cash. In some situations, it can be considered a quality. At work, not always. A recruiter may see this as a source of conflict and that you won’t be able to work in a group. It’s up to you to explain that you are sincere without being mean.

The job interview is not a good time to talk about emotions, especially negative ones. Saying that you are an emotional person during an interview is a kit or a double. A seasoned recruiter will deduce that you are a creative person who listens to their emotions. Ideas can therefore be boosted by a healthy work environment and a caring team.
