Perform trade work during home construction, renovation or restoration
Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
Ensure that construction permits are obtained
Develop and implement business plans
Develop and implement health and safety plans
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
