Education: Bachelor’s degree. or equivalent experience. Experience: 5 years or more. Work Setting: Unions. Associations and non profit organizations. Specific Skills: Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the delivery of social and community service programs. Manage the operations and activities of social and community centres, correctional facilities and detention centres. Represent their respective organizations for the purpose of government liaison and media relations. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
